The ASIMS team has over 20 years experience providing software
support, training and other services for the AM-Win Software and
similar products. ASIMS has a wide user base of AM-Win users
throughout NSW in a diverse range of industries that include auto
repair, heavy transport repair, agricultural sales and repair,
marine repair, small engine and mower repair, auto electrical
specialist workshops and government departments.
The ASIMS "aim" is to provide users of AM-Win a
high level of support, training and service that will enable them
to get the best out of their software.
There is no such thing as a silly questions, so please don’t
be afraid to ask. The ASIMS staff have heard a wide range of
questions over many years and this helps to allow them to better
inform their users and make changes to the software that provide a
better tool for their customers to use in the day to day running
of their client’s business.
Some of the simplest requests from users end up being some of
the best features in the software. ASIMS also aim to reduce
the cost to their clients of maintaining the software. ASIMS
want to make their customers as self sufficient as possible so
that not only do they understand more, they also pay less and are
more confident with AM-Win.
ASIMS usual trading hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm excluding
weekends and public holidays, but they also plan to be
available for extended times during peak periods such as end of
year and when major updates are released.
